We have received our pediatric ages 5-11 Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine and are now scheduling appointments! The vaccine is 2 doses, administered at least 3 weeks apart and we recommend administration for all our patients eligible. We are also able to vaccinate parents and offer Pfizer boosters to people ages 18 and above who are 6 months or more past their second dose. Please help us efficiently vaccinate by completing the consent in advance and bringing it with you to your COVID vaccine appointment. A new consent must be signed for each dose of COVID vaccine administered.
